Drive safely know your body

Sleepiness can be a big problem behind the wheel. It can drastically slow down reaction time, awareness, and your judgment.
All our biological clocks are different, know yours. It tells you when your hungry, flucates your body temperature. Although it fluxuates, we all have basically a 24 hour period. Ussually everyone struggles around 2-5 in the afternoon and 2-6 in the morning. Takes extra care around those times and know what your body needs.
Stimulants can give you a false awareness. When you are sleep deprived they will not work. You are more likely to have little cat naps that last 4-5 seconds. When going 55 miles an hour that is 100 yards. That is enough time to do something terrible that you could regret for a long time. Sleep is not a voluntary movement. When you are deprived it will come upon you before you know it.
If you are tired pull over and take a 15 minute nap, if you think you can’t, just take it to rest, you will probably be surprised. There is good evidence that naps can promote alertness. Make sure when you sleep you are feeling rested when you wake, it could be that you might have a dangerous sleeping disorder. If the mailboxes turn into deer or bags into animals, your judgements are impaired.
Here are some danger signs: Your eyes close or go out of focus by themselves. You have trouble keeping your head up. You can’t stop yawning. You have wandering, disconnected thoughts. You don’t remember driving the last few miles. You have missed your exit. You keep drifting out of your lane. Your speed becomes variable.
Here are some tips to avoid driving tired:
If possible take a short nap just before you hit the road.
Be aware of yourself around those hours earlier in article.
Get a CB and talk to other drivers. If your in a team talk to other driver.
REMEMBER, do not put your life or anyone else’s at risk, pull over and take a nap!

Better day today!!!

Well, the saying goes, tomorrow is another day. Yeah, I did figure out with jetpack my mobile site. I think I’m going to like them. over 1 million users. I need to ask for some help, though, I have all the code coming up on it. we will see how that goes. Sometimes you just have to separate yourself from the situation, clear your mind and come at it a different way.
But overall, today is a good day!! Getting a lot of things done. The weather is crisp. Unusual for this time of year.

As charcoal is to burning coals, and wood to fire, So is a contentious man to kindle strife. Prov. 26:21
Fervent lips with a wicked heart, Are like earthenware covered with silver dross. Prov. 26:23
Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone will have it roll back on him. Prov. 26:27

Wasted Time

Wow! Who would have thought turning your site to mobile friendly would be so difficult! I have been at it all day and have gotten nowhere.
I have tried plugin after plugin. I just cant figure it out.
I think I need a break, time to go for a drive and clear my head.
I will make sure to stay away from road rage and let my emotions zero out.
try tomorrow …..

Hope Everyone Had a Safe and Fun Fourth!!

To me this was a wonderful weekend! Very relaxing. Took care of two of my grandkids, went to beach, went to parade and small town carnival. Ready to get back to work. Try to build my site and trying to find the biblecoffee website I started. Any ideas? I also have started an ICFF non-profit (to raise money for food shelves) More on that later.
Finding our niche in life can be difficult. But I am comfortable with mine.
Shipping – immediate – always busy – never know where you are going to go next. Taking care of customers who are stressed. Bringing a little peace to them, feels good. Remember to check me out on the BBB website.

introduction to Same day Deliveries

When my dad called me back in 1998 to take a quick run out to Chicago in a conversion van designed for loads, I decided to give it a try. I was hooked. Being on call and showing up when a load became available was exciting for me. I pulled my kids out of school and for two years taught them on the road.
We saw the states, all the zoos and big cities. What an experience.
When they went back to high school, I decided to build my own business, so in 1999 I became incorporated.
Having an expedited, same day, courier has been nothing short of challenging. With the economy at that point going up and down it was amazing that I stayed going.
We continue to this day to go all over the United States and Canada.
In 2014 we opened up to local deliveries. When you need it there right away, we are on call waiting.
